Mother and Daughter Yoga

Refresh, Relax, and Reset, Moms and Daughters! At this special yoga class, all are welcome - from beginners to experienced yogis. We will practice breathing, partner poses that stretch and strengthen our muscles, and relax together, from the comfort of home. You will need yoga mats or blankets, yoga straps (towels will work), and space to practice comfortably. Start the new year right, together.
